Dedicated provisioning
We stand up servers reserved for your team in the countries you need. Not a shared pool — your own nodes, your own exit addresses.
Managed business VPN for teams of 5 to 200
Give every team member secure access through stable IP addresses reserved for your company. We handle the servers, setup, monitoring and support.

An infrastructure engineer will reply within two business days to arrange a short scoping call.
The difference
Keep access predictable for your team without becoming the person who has to build and operate a VPN.
Each team member gets their own access, so onboarding is clear and departing employees or contractors can be revoked cleanly.
Your traffic exits through addresses dedicated to your deployment, making client portals, payment tooling and cloud consoles more dependable.
You have a named contact who understands your configuration and can act directly on the servers when you need help.
How it works
You tell us the outcome. We turn it into a deployment your team can actually use.
Team size, main use case and contact details are enough to start.
We confirm regions, devices, stable-IP needs and any constraints.
Scope, pricing, support and cancellation terms are clear before you commit.
Servers, clients, monitoring and support are handled for you.
Allow-list one address instead of chasing changing shared IPs.
What is included
A managed deployment rather than another licence your team has to configure and maintain.
We stand up servers reserved for your team in the countries you need. Not a shared pool — your own nodes, your own exit addresses.
Kernel tuning, IPv6 handling, connection-tracking limits, certificate issuance and renewal. The operational detail that decides whether a VPN is stable or flaky.
We install and configure the client on each person's machine and phone, walk them through it, and confirm every seat is genuinely working.
The same fleet monitoring we run for our own infrastructure: node health, throughput, and automatic recovery when something wedges.
One person who knows your deployment and answers directly. Not a ticket queue, not a chatbot.
Clear before you commit
There is no generic per-seat price because the cost depends on seats, countries, dedicated IPs and whether we deploy into your infrastructure or ours.
CIPHRA SOFTWARE operates the nodes directly. Your inquiry and ongoing support go to infrastructure engineers, not a reseller or outsourced sales queue.
FAQ
It depends on how many people you have, how many countries you need nodes in, and whether you want dedicated IP addresses. We quote per engagement after the scoping call, in writing, with no obligation. If we are not a fit for your budget we will say so on that call rather than waste your time.
Yes, that is normally the point. Your team exits from addresses reserved for you, which is what stops the shared-IP reputation problems that break client portals and payment tooling.
We are set up for teams of roughly five to two hundred. Below five people, a standard Ciphra subscription is usually the honest recommendation and we will tell you that rather than sell you an engagement you do not need.
We do not log traffic contents and we do not build browsing profiles. What we do keep is the operational telemetry needed to run the nodes: throughput, node health, session counts and connection timestamps. Nothing in that set identifies which sites anyone visited. Access is limited to the engineers operating your deployment, and the exact retention window is written into the proposal before you commit.
You message your named contact directly rather than filing a ticket. Nodes are monitored continuously and the common failure modes — heartbeat loss, connection-tracking exhaustion, certificate expiry — have automated recovery, so many incidents resolve without anyone intervening. For anything that does not, you get a human who already knows your deployment. Response expectations are written into the proposal rather than promised vaguely here.
