By accessing, downloading, installing, or using Ciphra VPN's services ("Service") on iPhone, iPad, or Mac, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and CIPHRA SOFTWARE, operator of Ciphra VPN ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.

We may refuse, suspend, or restrict access — including card payment — to comply with these laws.

The Service, including all software, applications, content, trademarks, and other intellectual property, is owned by CIPHRA SOFTWARE and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Service for your personal, non-commercial use.

Ciphra VPN for iPhone, iPad, and Mac offers premium subscriptions through the App Store. Available plans, prices, and billing periods are shown inside the app before you purchase.
Subscriptions are purchased and billed by Apple through the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Apple's standard terms for in-app subscriptions apply to all purchases.
Ciphra VPN offers auto-renewable subscriptions. By purchasing, you agree that:
Because your subscription is billed by Apple, refunds are processed by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
If we change the price of a subscription, Apple will notify you in accordance with its standard subscription terms. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.
The title, length, and current price of each subscription are shown in the app and on the App Store product page before you confirm any purchase. For reference:
This application is licensed, not sold, to you for use only under these Terms. Apple is not a party to this agreement and has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services for the app. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app, including product-liability claims, any claim that the app fails to conform to applicable legal or regulatory requirements, and claims arising under consumer-protection or similar legislation. In the event of any failure of the app to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the app; to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, will have the right to enforce these Terms against you.
While we strive to maintain high service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our Service. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure events may affect service availability.
Our Service may not be available in all countries or jurisdictions. We reserve the right to restrict access to our Service in certain locations.
We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party websites, services, or content accessed through our Service.
You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription through your Apple ID settings and contacting us to request deletion of your account data.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CIPHRA SOFTWARE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.
You agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought in courts located in British Columbia, Canada, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ciphra VPN regarding the Service on iPhone, iPad, and Mac.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, or government actions.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law.
